RETURN & EXCHANGE
We offer a variety of shipping options, your package usual will delivery in 2-6 working days for mainland China.
All international orders will shipping by FEDEX Express, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Delivery most of countries worldwide:
For US & Canada & Most of APAC: Free Shipping over $300 USD.
For EU and other counties around the world：10-12USD For Express Shipping Order Over$300USD.
You may be subject to import fees and duties upon delivery. If you refuse to pay duties, your order may be be destroyed by customs or sent back to us. If we receive your order back, we will have to deduct any shipping, duties and customs processing fees charged to us from your refund.

Before initiating your return, we kindly invite you to verify the correct website of your purchase and carefully read the corresponding return policy:
Any order already shipped but customer reject to receive for any personal reasons, the customer should responsible for the shipping cost ( shipping back also), the refund will be the total amount you paid deduct the whole shipping cost.
You can return any item purchased on gelelua.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please make sure the product that you are going to return is in original condition with tags attached, also packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
For any return orders, you can apply for return and refund in the gelelua.com by system or contact us via Email: gelelua@gelelua.cn. Currently, we cannot offer exchanges online.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. if your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. when your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued, just a reminder that the refund will deduct the shipping cost, only the product purchase price will be refunded. Currently, we cannot offer exchanges online.

- 您可查看您的订单，并且必须为任何不需要的产品申请退货或调换产品。
- 请将产品放在原装配送盒中，或任何其他牢固的纸盒中。
- 将纸盒封存稳妥。
- 请将退货信息标签和预付款退货配送标签贴到包装盒上，并覆盖住上次的配送信息。
我们更希望您通过GEL E LUA退货服务进行退货，以确保产品得到保护和投保运输险。但您可采用任何安全的运输方式退货。

— 退货退款政策
如果您选择按照此条款退货退款，GEL E LUA将退还您支付的产品购买款项，不包括原始运费。GEL E LUA将在收到您退回的产品之后的7天内处理您的退款。退款会由您在购买时使用相同付款途径进行退还。请注意，退回的产品必须保持原貌，GEL E LUA才能支付退款。如果由于您对产品的处理导致其特性或功能损坏，降低产品的价值，GEL E LUA有权拒绝您的退款申请。为避免退货申请被驳回，请确保您希望退还的产品保持原貌，标签和包装齐全。

GEL E LUA目前无法提供线上换货服务。如您需要调换所购买的产品，请遵循上文中的退货政策退回您先前所购买的产品，并重新下单购买需要调换的产品即可。
— 取消订单
在订单发货之前您有权随时取消订单，请登陆您的个人账户或查找到您的订单详情，在订单中选择操作取消订单。您将收到邮件确认，与此同时您所付的款项将进行退款处理。全部款项将被退回至您的付款账户
